TeamViewer will allow us to remote in to your computer. From there we will walk you through the steps to access and support your JNIOR. We can communicate through the built-in chat feature or over the phone. Sometimes a picture is worth 1000 words. Sometimes being able to see the issue the customer is having is worth even more than that.
NOTE: TeamViewer will show your entire desktop. If there are applications open that are sensitive, please close them.
