INTEG always recommends upgrading to the latest software version if you are having any problems. Please download and install the newest version and if you continue to have problems, please contact us.
NOTE: All our software must be loaded on the JNIOR using the JNIOR Supporter or the JNIOR Support Tool.
All the software updates are zip files. Please download the zip file, but do NOT unzip it. The Support Tool will extract the necessary contents.
Go to the Update tab in the JNIOR Support Tool, click Open Project, and select the desired Update Project. The JNIOR Support Tool will present a sequence of steps for the update.
Click on Publish Update to JNIOR and then select one or more JNIORs to update.

JNIOR Supporter (Cross-platform)
The JNIOR Supporter is a cross-platform utility written in Java. It tries to replicate the functionality and features of the JNIOR Support Tool.
NOTE: The goal is to replace the JNIOR Support Tool with the JNIOR Supporter at some point once all features have been replicated. Find out more!
A valid Java JVM 11+ is required.

JNIOR Support Tool
Version 7.3 or later is required when working with Series 4 units running JANOS OS version 1.6.3 or later.
The JNIOR Support Tool helps users manage their JNIORs and applications by easily configuring, updating, and maintaining the JNIOR from their PC.

Tasker Application
Tasker is an application that runs on the JNIOR allowing Tasks to be executed manually, triggered, scheduled, or via remote connection. Tasks are a series of actions. Those actions can be I/O related, logging, email or network based.

Analog Presets Application
Analog Presets Control is an application that allows the user to change the analog output settings on the JNIOR Analog Expansion Modules (LED Dimmer, 4-20 mA, 10 VDC) based on a digital input status change or a relay output status change.

Cinema Application

Utility Application
