Issue rendering JNIOR Web UI in FireFox 144.0

In response to a security vulnerability in Firefox, Mozilla changed how default rendering is handled. This caused the JNIOR Web UI to be presented as plain text. We updated the Web UI to force the browser to render the page as HTML. This was not a requirement and has never been needed.

in the downloads has this change.
