Serial-to-Ethernet
Loading Application...

Serial-to-Ethernet is a software application that runs on the JNIOR and allows the JNIOR to act as a converter between a serial device connected to the JNIOR and a external device communicating to the JNIOR via the Ethernet network using TCP/IP. Below you can set the TCP or serial connection settings for serial to ethernet.

Maintain Connection

Determines whether the connection closes or not shortly after it is made.

Tcp Port

TCP port that an external device can connect on to send data between the device and JNIOR.

Serial Port

Serial port a serial device and the JNIOR will communicate on.

Host Address

Address that the JNIOR will attempt to connect to if external device only listens for TCP connections.

Any changes made to these settings require a reboot to take affect.
